Abstract
In this pilot study of 21 patients with rectal cancer, we found that the “selective sandwich technique” balances the risks and benefits of aggressive therapy for the treatment of rectal cancer without undue complications, and that it has considerable potential for improving the survival rate of patients with this disease. This publication has 13 references indexed in Scilit:
