Studies on tertiary phosphine–hydride and –hydridoborohydride compounds of nickel and palladium

Abstract

The isolation and properties of the complexes trans-(R¹ ₃P)₂M¹H(BH₄) and trans-(R¹ ₃P)₂M²HM, where M¹= Ni or Pd; R¹= Prⁱ, cyclohexyl, M²= Pd, X = Cl, Br, I, or NCS, are described.
