Abstract
Adiposity occurred after treatment in 3 of 51 rats. The 3 were somewhat dwarfed but contained up to 50% more fat than did their controls. Hypothalamic and hypophyseal damage was observed in the obese rats, while negative cases showed little or no injury to the hypothalami but frequently severe hypophyseal destruction. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
