Crush injuries of the chest: A follow-up study of patients treated in an artificial ventilation unit

Abstract
Fifty-four patients previously treated for a severe chest injury in an artificial ventilation unit have been followed up. An attempt has been made to determine their state of health and activity. Particular attention has been paid to their respiratory function. The significance of the findings has been discussed.Keywords
