Abstract
In this paper, the application of fuzzy control to DC-DC power converters operating at finite switching frequency is studied. Several control methods currently used for buck/boost power converters are compared to fuzzy converter control. Simulation results for several control methods are presented. The simulations show that the fuzzy control method has better dynamic performance and less steady state error. Keywords
