Hemmung der RNS-Synthese bei Saccharomyceszellen verschiedenen Ploidiegrades durch Farbstoffe in Gegenwart und in Abwesenheit von sichtbarem Licht

Abstract

The uptake of uracil-2-¹⁴C in RNA of Saccharomyces cells of different ploidy after the influence of some dyes in presence and in absence of visible light was investigated. The results were compared with the influence of the same dyes on the colony forming ability of these Saccharomyces strains.
