Abstract
The patient described was an 8-year-old child in whom complete agenesis of the pyramidal tracts was correlated with symmetrical cerebral hypoplasia in the rolandic regions. This association is consistent with the opinion that no other portion of human cerebral cortex projects significantly into the cortico-spinal tract. Keywords
