One-Loop Finiteness in O(32) Open-Superstring Theory

Abstract
It is shown that the one-loop infinities cancel between diagrams for open external lines, and any for suitably constrained kinematics, in the O(32) superstring theory when one employs a principal-part prescription for regularization.
