Abstract
Four anti-tumor antibiotics were isolated from a new strain of Pseudomonas. Two were identified as bactobolin and N-acetylbactobolin. The other 2 constituents, bactobolin B and bactobolin C, were new compounds and these structures were elucidated from the spectral data and the results of chemical degradation. Antimicrobial activities [using 21 strains of bacteria] of these compounds were discussed. Keywords
