Abstract
Mixed single crystalline specimens of various host‐guest systems have been studied. Host materials were biphenyl, durene, and phenanthrene; guest materials were naphthalene‐hs and ds, phenanthrene‐d10 and h10, and chrysene. Primary attention was paid to the temperature dependence of first‐order guest phosphorescence decay rates. It has been shown that the guest triplet depletive route is intermolecular and that it involves a thermally stimulated process . No other temperature‐dependent depletive process of any significance has been detected.
