Ein neuer Esterase-Reaktivator für die Behandlung von Vergiftungen mit Alkylphosphaten

Abstract

Das spezifische Antidot Lü H 6, Dichlorid des Bis-[4 - hydroxyiminomethyl - pyridinium - (1) - methyl] -äthers (Toxigonin^®), hat sich in Dosen von 250 mg intravenös bei drei Fällen von Alkylphosphatvergiftungen des Menschen in der Kombination mit Atropin bewährt und dem Antidot PAM als überlegen erwiesen. An vier nicht mit Parathion vergifteten Menschen wurde die intravenöse Injektion von Lü H 6 in Dosen von jeweils 250 mg ohne erkennbare unerwünschte Nebenwirkungen vertragen. In four patients with poisoning not due to parathion, the intravenous injection of Lü H 6 in doses of 250 mg. caused no side-effects. Un nuevo reactivador de esterasa (Lü H 6) para el tratamiento de intoxicaciones de alquilofosfatos El antídoto específico Lü H 6, dicloruro del bis-[4-hidroxiiminometilpiridinio-(1)-metil]-éter (Toxogonin^®), se ha acreditado en dosis intravenosas de 250 mgrs. en tres casos de intoxicaciones humanas de alquilofosfato en la combinación con atropina, resultando superior al antídoto PAM. Cuatro personas no intoxicadas de parationa soportaron la inyección intravenosa de Lü H 6 en dosis de 250 mgrs. cada una sin efectos secundarios indeseables reconocibles.
