Abstract
Peripheral action of none of the neurohumors studied (serotonin, acetylcholine, norepinephrine, and histamine) induces migraine. The mechanism whereby the various neurohumors reverse headache is uncertain. The mechanism of serotonin blockers in prophylaxis of migraine cannot be explained at present. Keywords
