Abstract
Biochemcial and immunological studies were made on streptokinase [used therapeutically as a plasminogen activator] and its 1:1 molar complex with [human] plasminogen. The complex was not recognized by antibodies to streptokinase. The potential of using this complex in vivo to avoid the febrile response seen with streptokinase alone was considered. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
