Abstract
CARDIAC involvement is common in Fabry's disease, and electrocardiographic abnormalities are frequent but nonspecific. We recently followed three brothers with documented Fabry's disease. These patients and three out of four others, whose electrocardiograms were published in the literature, demonstrated an abbreviated PR interval.Case StudiesThe electrocardiograms from 3 brothers with Fabry's disease proved by pathological examination were evaluated. The diagnosis was established at 34,35 and 38 years of age. At that time, electrocardiograms demonstrated PR intervals of 0.10,0.11 and 0.12 seconds (Fig. 1). Incomplete right-bundle-branch block was present on the electrocardiogram of 1 patient. All had nonspecific T-wave abnormalities, . . .Keywords
