Correlation between Flux-Line Lattice and Crystal Axis in a Mixed State of Superconductors

Abstract

The correlation between the flux-line lattice (FLL) and the crystal axis is considered in the mixed state of pure (single crystal) type II superconductors. The pattern and the direction of the array of the FLL with respect to the crystal axis are in good agreement with experimental results for the applied magnetic field parallel to the [1. 0. 0], [1. 1. 0], [1. 1. 1] and [1. 1. 2̅] directions.
