Moment of Inertia in the2s−1dShell

Abstract

For the purpose of evaluating the moment of inertia, we propose a method which can be used for any nucleus (with rotational spectrum) in the $s-d$ shell—even-even, odd mass, or odd-odd. Examples are shown.
