ISOLATION OF HUMAN B CELLS UTILIZING DEXTRAN TO ENHANCE T CELL ROSETTE FORMATION

Abstract

The isolation of B [bone marrow-derived] cells by a technique utilizing sedimenting agents to enhance T [thymus-derived] cell rosette formation with sheep erythrocytes was described. This procedure offers a means of rapidly collecting B and T cells suitable for a variety of immunological testing procedures.
