Abstract
1. Pyocyaneus infection of the ear seems to have a definite place in clinical otology and it is suggested that it must be of wide occurrence in the tropics. 2. Clinically the trouble it causes is persistent, very refractory to the known forms of local treatment and has a tendency to last for years and to be subject to acute exacerbations, causing misery to the sufferers. 3. Autovaccine therapy yields exceedingly good results, acts rapidly, bringing about a radical cure in a short time. It is very probable that the condition would yield similarly to a stock vaccine. 4. Further observations by other workers in the tropics are indicated, as the subject is one of real practical value clinically.
