Abstract
A review covering the period Oct. 1945 to Dec. 1946. General headings are the chemistry, physiology and assay of vits. A, D and E. Special attention is given to the synthesis of vit. A active compounds. One useful table combines disperse data on the effects of various dose levels of A in several animals, while another gives the relative biologic activity of the various carotenes, etc.Keywords
