Abstract
Chloroplasts in the leaves of Selaginella savatieri, Trades cantia fluminensis, and Rhoeo discolor contain RNA and de-polymerized and highly-polymerized DNA. Methyl green-pyronin and Feulgen staining with ribonuclease digestion and perchloric or trichloroacetic acid extraction were used to demonstrate the nucleic acids. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
