Abstract
A numerical study of transmission through a one-dimensional lattice of random delta functions is presented. Results verify analytical predictions about the statistics of transport properties: averages of resistance and conductance are unrepresentative, but averages of the inverse localisation length obey the central limit theorem. Dependence of the inverse localisation length on disorder is discussed. Keywords
