Abstract
Thick films of YBa2Cu3O7-x (e.g. 50 µm thick × 13 mm wide × 45 mm long) with maximum density were prepared by rapid quenching. For the film heat-treated at 950°C in air, superconductivity was realized with an onset temperature of 98 K and zero resistivity of 87 K.Keywords
