Abstract
BUdR treatment during the last 5 to 7 hours of growth of leukocyte cultures significantly increases frequency of all secondary constrictions and produces characteristic morphology in certain chromosomes of the human complement. BUdR-induced morphology of the D group and sex chromosomes is described and specific patterns are related to specific chromosomes by the use of identifiable chromosomal abnormalities. Keywords
