The estimation of heparin co-factor in serum

Abstract
A quantitative method of estimating heparin co-factor in terms of percentage activity is presented. The activity in sera from 75 normal subjects varied little from 100%. Low results were obtained in sera from 50 cases of varying types of malignancy.Keywords
