Isolation of the Secoiridoid-Glucoside Sweroside from Tabernaemontana psorocarpa

Abstract
The known secoiridoid glucoside sweroside (structure I) has been isolated from the leaves of Tabernaemontana psorocarpa and identified by chemical, chromatographic and spectroscopical data. Its 1H-NMR at 360 MHz is discussed.
