Abstract
Three cases of ex vivo renovascular repair occurred. This technique resulted in better exposure of the segmental branches of the renal vessels and permitted definitive repair. The first case consisted of vascular reconstruction of a hilar injury of a solitary kidney. The second and third cases consisted of fibromuscular hyperplasia of the distal and secondary renal arteries in renal vascular hypertension. Keywords
