Field desorption mass spectra of human hemoglobin .BETA. chain digested by thermolysin and staphylococcal protease.

Abstract

Field desorption mass spectra of peptides of human β globin digested by thermolysin and staphylococcal protease were investigated. The sites of the cleavages deduced from the mass spectra were in good agreement with those estimated from previous reports.
