Abstract
An enzyme immunoassay for gentamicin utilizing glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase was compared to the radioimmunoassay. The enzyme immunoassay for gentamicin was accurate, specific and easily performed. It offers an alternative method to assay aminoglycosides and could be used in institutions using enzyme immunoassay to assay other drugs.This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
