Abstract
In the hands of Snyder and Wislocki the macaque gave uniformly negative Friedman tests after the first month. In the present series 5 pregnant [female][female] were tested before the 30th day and proved positive between 9 and 25 days after conception. Prolan is. therefore, present for only 1 week out of the 24 weeks of normal gestation.
