Abstract

Treatment of the η²-phospha-alkyne complex [Pt(PPh₃)₂(Bu^tCP)] with [Pd(PPh₃)₄] affords the pentametallic complex [Pd₂Pt₃(PPh₃)₅(Bu^tCP)₃] whose structure is that expected on the basis of the cluster condensation generalization.
