Abstract
A Ge(Li) spectrometer is used to record gamma ray lineshapes from positron annihilation in a large number of metals. Preliminary data are presented for annealed, deformed and aged specimens. Quantitative results on electron momentum distributions. Fermi energies and various trapping parameters are derived. Keywords
