Abstract
A new method for endothelemia estimation was used to investigate the production of vessel wall lesions by various drugs in rats. Increased endothelemia was observed after activation of the blood contact system, anoxia and treatment with endotoxin, hyaluronidase, streptokinase and vasoactive drugs.
