Abstract
Autoplastic or homoplastic myopic keratomileusis was performed on three eyes that had previously undergone radial keratotomy with marked undercorrection postoperatively. Both keratomileusis procedures were able to provide further optical correction. Corrections of 9.5 D, 9.5 D and 5.75 D were obtained, and the accuracies were consistent with current results for myopic keratomileusis on previously unoperated eyes. Keywords
