Miniature Aquarium System for Rearing Small Numbers of Fish Larvae

Abstract

Eggs of 19 species of river fish were hatched and the larvae reared in small aquariums flushed with swimming-pool water. The simple construction of the aquarium system kept costs low and allowed the use of simplified feeding methods. Size and structure of the system can easily be altered to meet changing needs.
