Abstract
Background— Fabry cardiomyopathy is diagnosed by detection of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) in patients with α-Galactosidase A deficiency. Conventional noninvasive tools are unable to provide a preclinical diagnosis allowing prompt institution of enzymatic therapy.Keywords
