Abstract
An atrial aneurysm gave rise to incessant atrial tachycardia in a 21 year old Seychellian soldier. This arrhythmia was suppressed by intravenous adenosine triphosphate and ajmaline. Resection of the aneurysm abolished the arrhythmia and re-established sinus rhythm. Keywords
