Hypopituitarism after Surgery for Craniopharyngioma

Abstract
The endocrinological sequelae in 73 operated children with craniopharyngioma are described. A comparison is made between children treated only by aspiration of the cyst of the tumour and children who underwent direct removal of the lesion.
