Abstract
The authors report clinical experience with external dialysis in a variety of clinical conditions. The procedure appears to be of particular value in acute anuria particularly when complicated by K intoxication or pulmonary edema. Subjective results have been obtained in selected cases of chronic renal insufficiency. A pressor response accompanying dialysis is described. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
