Erythropoietic Dysfunction in a Case of Fanconi’s Anaemia

Abstract

A case of Fanconi''s anemia is described. Erythrokinetic studies showed that erythro-poiesis was very active but ineffective. It was not until the last months of life that the marrow became aplastic.
