Abstract
The diagnosis, radiographic features, clinical presentation and treatment of 2 cases of primary malignant schwannoma of the Gasserian ganglion are discussed. Radiographic differentiation from trigeminal neurinoma is not possible; however, erosion of the foramina favors a diagnosis of malignancy. Radiation therapy was successful in the management of both cases and is recommended for extensive lesions. This publication has 14 references indexed in Scilit:
