Abstract
In this paper, the term Acute Infantile Cerebral Diplegia has been used to denote a group of cases in which a spastic paralysis, affecting principally the lower limbs, develops suddenly in infancy or childhood. The course of the disease is remarkably uniform in the majority of cases, thereby suggesting a common pathogenesis. Keywords
