Observed increase in methylated purines excreted by hamsters bearing adenovirus-12 induced tumors

Abstract
An examination of the urine of hamsters bearing adenovirus-12 induced tumors showed an elevated excretion of methylated purines. The weight of the animals increased 1 to 5% while the purines excreted increased 200%.
