Abstract
The statistical method used to obtain the equilibrium distribution of the ortho-H2 molecular configurations in a solid ortho-para-H2 solution is described. A mistake made in the derivation quoted in two previous papers from this laboratory is corrected. A tabulation of the respective abundances of the ortho-H2 molecular configurations (isolated single molecules, pairs, and triangles) as a function of temperature for an ortho concentration c=0.01 is presented.
