Es wird die dc–direktfluorometrische Bestimmung von einigen Wirkstoffen in Drogenextrakten beschrieben: Digoxin, Digitoxin und Gitoxigenin–digitoxosid in Digitalis lanata; k–Strophantosid, Erysimosid und k–Strophanthin–β in Strophanthus kombé; g–Strophanthin in Strophanthus gratus; Äscin in Aesculus hippocastanum; Reserpin und Rescinnamin in Rauwolßa serpentina und Rauwolfia vomitoria. , Die für g–Strophanthin und Äscin nach der direktfluorometrischen Methode erhaltenen Resultate werden mit den Ergebnissen von herkömmlichen Verfahren verglichen. The direct fluorometric estimation of the main cardenolides of extracts of Digitalis lanata, Strophanthus kombé and 5. gratus on thin–layer chromatograms is described. The same procedure can be used for the estimation of the saponin aescin in extracts of Aesculus hippocastanum and of the alkaloids reserpin and rescinnamin in extracts of Rauwolfia serpentina and R. vomitoria. In the case of ouabain and asscin the new method was compared with conventional methods.
