Abstract
Light and electron microscopic findings are presented in a case of ganglioneuroma. This tumor occupied an enlarged sella turcica and extended through the diaphragma sella into the subarachnoid space beneath the hypothalamus. It was composed principally of neurons, glia and their processes. There were no clinical manifestations or any post-operative alteration. Keywords
