Optical properties of expanded fluid mercury

Abstract
The optical-reflectivity measurements of expanded fluid mercury indicate a significant decrease of the optical conductivity which appears at the low frequencies when the metal-nonmetal transition occurs. The relation of the localization of electronic states is discussed.Keywords
