Abstract
1. The resistance of terbutaline towards rat and human liver O-methyltrans-ferase and monoamine oxidase is demonstrated. The study involves a comparison with the related compounds adrenaline, isoprenaline and orciprenaline. 2. A method using high voltage electrophoresis and radioactive isotopes has been developed for the determination of O-methylated substances with unknown extraction features. Keywords
