Abstract
Two Legionella-like organism, one isolated from postmortem lung tissue and the other from a bronchial aspirate, were shown by growth, physiologic, and genetic characteristics to belong to the species Legionella pneumophila. Subsequent serologic testing indicated that both strains belonged to a new serogroup, serogroup 14.This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
