Do our students see us seeking out new information, trying to learn more about people different from ourselves? Do they see us initiating cross-racial dialogue at school rather than waiting until there is an incident that requires a reaction? Do they see us modeling positive, mutually respectful interracial relationships with colleagues and par ents ? They should!
