Calcification of the Vas Deferens

Abstract
IN 1942 Marks and Ham1 reported 9 cases of calcification of the vas deferens demonstrated by roentgenography in patients seen at the New England Deaconess Hospital. Since then an increasing number of patients in the practice of Dr. Elliott P. Joslin and his associates have been found with this rather unusual condition. It is, however, not a newly discovered condition, for calcium deposits within structures of the male genital tract have been recognized and reported at intervals for more than a century. All previously reported cases involving calcification in either the seminal vesicles or the vas deferens have been summarized . . .
